adidas and Arizona’s debut did not quite

As part of his recent Paris Spring/Summer 2019 runway show, Belgium fashion designer Raf Simons introduced his new collaborative footwear collection with German giant adidas. Included in the lineup is the high-top boot silhouette which has expertly fused both Raf Simons’ Ozweego and Detroit Runner sole units as one. Along with the ’70s-inspired platform leather boots, Simons also first showed a new take on his popular Ozweego sneakers featuring metallic silver-dipped chrome soles. Though the aforementioned Ozweegos never walked the runway, the shoes featured in black, cream, red, adidas ozweego pink mens and pink color designs were spotted on the mannequins at Simon’s event.

adidas and Arizona’s debut did not quite go as planned, and now, they’re back to try again. This time around, the two are focusing on the new Continental Vulc, offering up four different colorways for both men and women, featuring a wealth of patterns taken directly from Arizona cans. The last project from adidas and Arizona Iced Tea was pretty hard to miss. adidas continental white trainers  The collaboration released only last month, right after the two partners announced the four-piece collection of footwear which focused on the Yung-1 and Continental in intricate embroidered patterns reminiscent of Arizona cans.

Along with its updated “München Made in Germany” Oktoberfest pack, adidas is gearing up to release a special edition SC Premiere “Prost” sneaker alongside BSTN. Just like the “München Made in Germany” models, the SC Premiere “Prost” has been created to celebrate the famous Bavarian event and will serve as a special VIP ticket for Oktoberfest. Limited to just 100 pairs, each individually numbered sneaker has been constructed from various white premium leather panels, giving it a luxe vibe, and boasts light grey suede detailing on the heel counter. adidas supercourt green white  Inside, the liner features the Bavarian flag, while the word “Prost” - German for “Cheers” - is embossed in gold on the lateral sides of the sneaker.

Take a good look at the adidas Originals Forum, because this silhouette is going nowhere as we step into 2021. Following aides with sivasdescalzo on the high top and Heitor da Silva on the low, the archival basketball sneaker is soon set for a return in its OG form, re-introducing the Forum 84 High “Off White/Blue/Footwear White. ”The OG colorway has been applied all over the sneaker alongside an antique treatment that makes the silhouette look as if it’s come straight out of 1984. Where you’d typically find clean white leather, the upper now sports an “Off White” hue that’s trimmed with yellowed exposed foam. This is joined by “Blue” soft Three Stripe branding on the mid-panel,  adidas forum 84 low blue  tumbled “Blue” leather on the collar, and more of the identical suede on the collar and heel to boot.
